[It's strange; all of these weeks ago, Dorothy had been paranoid at the prospect of working with these people. She had been fully prepared and ready to turn tail on these people the moment it became clear that working with them was simply not going to happen, to leave them all to their fate. Even later, she was under the assumption that she could do this all herself; that she didn't need people perceiving her so clearly, and that all it would do was fracture them.
More and more over these weeks, Dorothy has simply grown to care, and it's a strange feeling for someone who thought she was long incapable of it. She truly doesn't mind, though.
It's why you can absolutely see Dorothy at the forefront of most things this week; you can find her pacing the halls of the base and checking supplies, a clipboard in hand and her purple eyes blazing with determination as she keeps on top of everything they need. She's got something of a metaphorical shopping list in mind, and once she's got it finished, she will be looking for anyone willing to go on a nice big W*lmart run.]
Excuse me. I'd like to ask for your assistance in getting some items that we need outside; may I ask that you come along with me to ensure we get these all back in one piece?
[Of course, if you have anything she can add to this list, let her know! We may as well be comfortable as possible during this last week here, before our war is done.
That isn't to say Dorothy is going to be slacking on training any, at all. If anything, she's far more open to training with others, though she's still got a fairly hard time of actually...holding back a bit...but she is going to try this time around! Dorothy will gladly be assisting with anything relating to this, so please feel free to seek her out if you want to mess around with things.
Of course, Dorothy will also be testing the teleporter with anyone who wants to try and take on some robots; Dorothy's more than ready for anything to come, but she will be seeking out anyone who can help--]
Are you prepared to give this a go? There's no telling which ship we'll end up on, but know that I'll be alongside you and keep you safe. We'll get through this.
[Dorothy says it with so much confidence in her voice. It's quite the change from the false pleasantries of weeks prior.
...Of course, someone might want to convince Dorothy to not overdo it. Later in the week you might find Dorothy in whatever passes for their dining room, clipboard beside her as she seems to have fallen asleep at the table. No rest for the wicked, and yet here she is...]
