Eggman's robot stands unmoving just outside of the city limits. It has caused a lot of destruction in its wake, and the area where it has come to rest has been warped by Eggman's trademark chroma. Worse still, the various robots composing Eggman's army are concentrated here, meaning that trying to find a way in is going to be exceptionally difficult.
Your colorful allies tell you as much, but Sonic doesn't seem worried in the slightest.
"The three of us will keep 'em distracted. Egghead wants a piece of me, so the three of us will fight the robots."
"We'll send you guys in with a ring to hopefully catch him off-guard. If what we've theorized is correct, you should be able to literally knock the Master Emerald out of him, and once you have that, he shouldn't be much of a threat."
"Best of luck, warriors."
The plan is straightforward and simple enough, and your friends take off once everyone's ready to go. They've left you with two rings - one to get in, and one to get out. When you're all prepared, step inside.
Welcome to Eggman's control room. Bathed in black and green light, the inside of the robot's head is composed of three sections: a smooth circular outer wall that is sloped and would be difficult (but not impossible) to stand on, a circular platform in the center (far larger than the picture for the purposes of this fight), and an alcove built into the wall that houses a man and several high-tech devices. The man does not look up from the screens he's watching as you enter.
Eggman, on the other hand, is already aware of your presence.
"Here come the would-be heroes. Did you really think marching in here was a bright idea? In case you've forgotten, I hold all the power here."
Green lightning-like energy sparks around him and to him as he speaks, and Eggman kicks off the platform to move to float in the air - high enough up that it would be a pain to try to reach him without hoverboards. Of course, you do still have those...
"You all aren't who I'm after. Stone, take care of them."
He flicks a finger in the direction of the other human present in the control room who jolts a bit in response before furiously tapping away at the keyboard on the control panel in front of him. Eggman simply turns his attention away from you all, to focus back on Sonic and friends who are currently in the process of wrecking his robots. Occasionally he does something and the entire robot shifts - moving to punch or aim attacks at Sonic and friends with said robot which will cause the whole of the robot to move - mind your footing!
[Once again the explosion shrapnel catches him hard, this time with a flurry of sparks against one of his legs (7), before the shockwave completely knocks him back over and out of attack range (7 again).
Vakama's letting his bond power reach out to Viktor this time, bracing himself for the 3-turn boost in durability and the twist of hextech against his limbs as he reaches out with his telekinesis - not towards the robots, but to try for some of the machinery positioned behind Eggman and Stone in an attempt to nail Stone in the head from behind.]
[ Thanks to the grand gift of heals and also terastallization, More is totally unscathed by the explosion this time (20).
He does not keep his balance however (5), but that is not much of an issue because he's... well, he was already on the floor. Where he will remain for this round. ]
[Once again, we manage to dodge an explosion - which really, really helps in him getting to block spears for Lark. And after everything? It's. A lot! Actually!
So it's less of a surprise when the shockwave topples him, this time, though he does almost manage to stay up (10).]
[Turo curls over More to shield him when he hears the second explosion, but even so, all he catches is some minor shrapnel (10). Still watching More even as Percy and Yves's healing kicks in, he barely feels the flashes of pain across his back and shoulders.
Fortunately, shielding More also means that the even the ruby-colored shockwave doesn't really knock him off-balance (13). He was basically already on the ground to begin with. Panicking and half-prone, it's much harder to analyze the situation even for a computer; he fires off a blast of Tera shards wildly, in the general direction of Shadow A.]
Void Archives' smile is sharper this time around due to last round's events, and honestly?
They're out for blood. Perhaps it is what helps them dodge and keep balance (15, 15) ]
Let's destroy them all, Percy~
[ They turn towards him for a high-five, because they still have that whimsical side of them even when aggro'd. Whenever he gives that, there should be an activation right away.
They jerk their head towards their intended targets - Stone, Shadow Android A, Shadow Android B, and the Device.
So, get ready to get on the light hoverboard with your own hoverboard, and everything that follows Percy...? ]
[Raven thought he'd have to worry about a potentional explosion coming from the Shadow Android, but he really should've been prepared for a third explosion from the E-1000s. That third explosion nails him (4), hitting him in various areas with shrapnel and sending him to the ground. Fortunately he's not seriously injured, but boy does he feel rough.
Once he's back up, it's a miracle that he manages to stay up as another shockwave goes out (17).]
Oof...
[He's a little wobbly on his feet, so it'll be hard to line up a shot this turn. Maybe he can help Vakama off the ground?]
[ 🙏 thank you advantage, we LOVE you advantage. Thanks to the shard power she has with Yugi and Ed, Ashley's able to dodge both the explosion and the shockwave (17, 12).
...But it looks like a lot of people were not as lucky! So, it's time to try and draw some aggro again! Before she can get in her own head about it? She fires off another shard blast at Shadow Android B(lue). ]
[ fortunately for wolfwood he's able to have a good time dodging everything ( 10,15 ). remarkable that this man is still having a good time(?) with everything considered. who knows what will happen after their activate their shared ability but may things work out for the better..... especially since it seems like people are going to need some help.
[ He gets pretty roughed up from the explosion (4) but he maintains his balance (11). Nice. It's time. ]
Let's go!
[ High-fiving Void Archives is easy enough, and he hops on his hoverboard. On Void Archives' cue, the two of them fly towards their targets as Percy gives them both light-infused swords. The swords appear in their hands and they both swing them towards each other so the swords fuse...
...into a giant fucking sword. It looks like it's 626 feet tall??? But it's not, because when they swing it down, all it hits are those four targets: Stone, Shadow Android A, Shadow Android B, and the Device. ]
[ More is super duper extra safe from this blast, with the terrastallization and Turo bodily covering him, but the latter is... a little alarming. He's got a clear enough mind to process matters now! ]
You-- You're already shielding me, please... please take care of yourself as well!
[He's definitely showing some wear of his own with a thin line of smoke drifting from one of his legs as he struggles to his feet with Raven's help. But he nods unsteadily.]
I... I am growing very tired of being tossed around like this.

[ pretend I've been here this entire time but we're getting lucky because the explosion narrowly misses (13) and it's a bit of a struggle but he's still standing from the shockwaves (12)
but anyway!! instead of doing anything offensive this round he's going to leave that to the combatants and buff wolfwood instead so that father can keep us all alive and not die. ]
[ Don't we feel cool dodging stuff (16 and 16).. Let's get that Shadow Android with a cracked shell with something a little different since we're this far into the game. He'll summon some bamboo shoots to spear the guy from below. ]
[ An explosion? Probably doable. A shockwave? Same! Both at once? Absolutely not, 6 and 6 puts her on the ground rolling away from all of this. Time to spend her turn trying to get back up! ]
