After some observation and rough calculations, Void archive can glean approximations for the two largest strings of numbers actively counting upwards. The smaller is roughly around one thousand years. The larger is nearly one hundred times that amount.
A waymark for features is a good guess! They will not notice much else about the blue or green tinted stars other than their relative direction, and may even notice that said stars seem to fade into normalcy the longer they are observed.
