It may surprise you, but not only do I know and understand the enormity of self-sacrifice...I can see reason as to why others would engage in it, even if it may be a fool's errand or based upon emotions that lack profound logic. [ Is there a brief nose wrinkle as they say the next? No, perish the thought. ] Or are simply for deep, gentle consideration for the lives of many over their own. Naturally, I'd have different reasons for why I would be willing to participate in it, though I will say that it is not a consideration I make lightly. Nor is it something I would rush towards even if it should be on the table once again.

Regardless, you would be correct that I did survive. But, it wasn't because I was rescued or saved even by ingenuity. Rather, it is simply because I am built different, I am difficult to kill, and the Sky People underestimated what would essentially put an end to the Void Archives. Though, they did really give a strong effort, and I wouldn't be called being slowly torn apart as a painless experience.
