I think...for now, that is not a terrible first step. Large a goal as it may appear at the moment, it is a foundation for whatever may come next. That is to say--if we succeed in this, we may yet find any number of possibilities waiting on the other side of it. Perhaps even a path where we do not have to cause more damage than we rectify.
